Ownership and Intellectual Property
a. The Platform and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Doobles or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its contents belong to Doobles. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or use any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Doobles.
License and Usage
a. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Doobles grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and not to engage in any activities that may interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security.
User Content
a. You may have the opportunity to submit or upload content, such as comments, feedback, or other materials ("User Content"), to the Platform.
b. By submitting User Content, you grant Doobles a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
c. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the license in Section 3(b) and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Commercial Use
a. The sale, distribution, or commercial use of Doobles' Phase 1 NFTs or any associated materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Doobles.
b. Doobles reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights and take legal action against any unauthorized commercial use or infringement.
